In Soul Yoga the practice is focused on spiritual development and connection to the individual essence. Each class combines a specific theme, asanas (postures), and mantras that lead to an optimal state for meditation, awareness, and development.

Each class aims to find balance between physical strength and flexibility and balance of personal energy between Body, Mind, Emotions, and Soul. Through the practice of Soul Yoga it is possible to reach Balance in daily life and sow the seeds of Fullness in Life.

Practitioners will find in Soul Yoga the purpose and motivation for a daily practice of Yoga and Meditation.

When you want to learn a Yoga routine that allows you to practice it autonomously with a deep focus in your spiritual development.

HOW does a class unfold?

A class lasts approximately 75 minutes in which the sequence of the class is shared and practiced, with a view to endowing the participant with the ability to perform it autonomously.

Different levels of challenge are always presented, which motivates each participant in his or her own evolution.

The session can be done in person (Oporto) or online (via Zoom or Teams).
