Hatha Yoga is the most popular yoga system in the world and the easiest to practice because it is adaptable for all kinds of people and of any age.

The main objective of the practice is to develop balance between body and mind.

The structure of the class is of slow sequence, spaced out and with prolonged permanence always taking into account the condition and experience of each participant. A class, lasting approximately 75 minutes, includes the practice of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation/concentration/relaxation (dharana and dhyana).

HOW does a session unfold?

A class lasts approximately 75 minutes where the sequence of the class is shared and practiced, promoting an understanding of the practice and a deepening of individual awareness.

The class includes the practice of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation/concentration/relaxation (dharana and dhyana).

The session can be done in person (Oporto) or online (via Zoom or Teams).
