Sound of Yoga is a powerful combination of Yoga practice with Tibetan Singing Bowls, with the main objective of promoting inner harmonization and energetic balance.

More focused on inner balance, the practice of this type of Yoga brings its practitioners an immediate well-being. The regular practice allows the development of meditative ability and the control of stress levels.

WHEN to take a class?

When you wish to develop the meditative capacity and/or reach deep levels of relaxation. Ideal for chronic situations of stress, insomnia, and anxiety.

HOW does a class unfold?

Each class lasts approximately 75 minutes and is held at a very relaxing pace.

The class is composed of the practice of relaxation and breathing techniques (pranayamas), postures (asanas) accompanied by Tibetan Singing Bowls, and a final guided meditation (dhyana) accompanied by Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gongs.

The session can be done in person (Oporto).
